Salmon Wrap with Creamy Dill Sauce

Salmon Wrap with Creamy Dill Sauce

This delicious salmon wrap is perfect for the on the go lunch or dinner. Paired with my delicious creamy dill sauce, this wrap will knock your socks off.

Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp finely minced garlic
1 tbsp finely minced onion
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1-2 tbsp dried dill or to taste
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 large spinach flour tortillas
2 salmon fillets cooked and cooled
5-6 leaves Romaine lettuce, chopped
10 fried onion rings or sliced onions

Instructions

In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic and onion, lemon juice, dill, season salt and pepper until well combined. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Set aside.

Place the spinach tortilla in front of you on your work surface.

Smear 1-2 tbsp of the dill sauce (or to taste) over the spinach tortilla.

Cut up 1/2 of the cooked salmon fillet and place it over the tortilla along with some of the chopped of lettuce and onion rings. Roll up like a burrito and serve with chips and extra dill sauce on the side if desired.

You can do these same wraps with any kind of protein you choose. I used chicken and crab on tv.
