Refreshing Fruit Smoothies (Daiquiris)

Looking for a refreshing summer drink idea? These fruit smoothies/daiquiris are the perfect idea for a refreshing summertime afternoon.

Ingredients

4 cups fresh/frozen fruit
1 cup limeade/lemonade
1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
3 cups ice

Instructions

Combine the fresh/frozen fruit in your blender with the limeade/lemonade, sugar and ice. blend everything together, serve and enjoy. If needed adjust sugar to taste.

To make the strawberry smoothies, add strawberries for the fruit in the key recipe above.

To make the watermelon mint, add fresh watermelon with a handful of fresh mint to the blender along with the limeade, sugar and ice. Blend and serve.

To make the peach smoothie, add frozen peaches for the fruit in the key recipe above.

To make the pineapple coconut smoothies, add fresh pineapple and 1/2 cup coconut milk with the sugar and ice, blend until smooth and serve.

To make these drinks alcoholic, add 3/4 rum to each variation and blend. You may need to add additional ice if desired.
