Raspberry Glazed Lemon Cookies
Lemon and raspberry mixed together in a cookie is a piece of heaven on earth!
Ingredients
1 lemon cake mix box
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 cups prepared raspberry jam
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.

Mix the cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl.

Add the jam to a sauce pan and warm so you can easily dip cookies in it.

Measure about 1 tbsp lemon cookie dough and shape in a round.

Dip the cookie dough ball into the warm raspberry jam coating the cookie ball.

Place the prepared cookie ball on to a parchment lined baking sheet. When the desired amount is on the baking sheet, place in your preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Remove form the oven, let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes on the baking sheet, remove and cool completely. Serve and Enjoy!
