Ranch Baked Pork Chops
Baked pork chops are so delicious and easy to make. In my cooking show, “Cooking with Chef Bryan” I paired these with my Cheesy Macaroni and Wilted Greens.
Ingredients
4 bone in pork chops 1/2 inch thick
2 eggs
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Ranch mix
2 tsp season salt
Vegetable spray
Instructions
1
Set the pork chops aside until ready to coat.
2
In a medium size bowl, whisk the eggs and about 1/4 cup of water together and set aside.
3
In a large re-sealable bag, combine the Italian seasoned bread crumbs, garlic powder, onions powder, black pepper, dried dill, cayenne pepper, Ranch mix and season salt shaking all together to combine.
4
Dip the pork chops in the egg wash and then shake them in the bag with the seasoning mixture until coated. If desired, repeat the process for a heavy coating.
5
Place a cooling rack into a baking sheet and place the prepared pork chops onto the rack. Liberally spray both sides of the pork chops with vegetable oil and place them in a preheated 425 degree oven.
6
Bake the pork chops for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sides. On my cooking show, “Cooking with Chef Bryan” I serve the pork chops with my cheesy macaroni and wilted greens. Enjoy!
