Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

In the fall, nothing taste or smells better than freshly baked pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. These muffins are easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients

2 cups pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degree’s.

Spray a two pound loaf pan or two twelve top muffin tins with vegetable spray and set aside until read to use.

Combine everything into a large bowl and mix by hand until everything is well blended.

Transfer the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin batter to a prepared bread pan or muffin tins (divide the batter evenly between the two muffin tins) and place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes for the muffins and 45 minutes for the loaf or until fully cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.

When cooked, remove from the oven and let the bread/muffins cool completely in the pans before removing. Serve and Enjoy!
