For the Pork Steak Marinade:
1 pork shoulder steak (about 1/2 inch thick)

2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
For the Stir Fry:
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 slices of bacon, chopped
1/2 cabbage, chopped

To marinade the pork steak, add the steak, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar to a large bowl and mix everything together, coating the pork steak. Let the pork steak marinade for 30 minutes.

Pan fry the pork steak until it is fully cooked, about 5 minutes on each side. Thinly slice the pork slice and set it aside.
3
Heat a large wok on the stove and add enough vegetable oil to coat the wok.
4
Add the sliced pork, chopped bell pepper, sliced onion, minced garlic and bacon. Saute until the bacon is cooked, about 2 minutes.

Add the chopped cabbage, seasoning sauce and oyster sauce. Mix everything together.
