Pork Sliders with a Butter Garlic Glaze
This recipe is easy, fast and delicious. Perfect for dinner parties, family dinners, unexpected dinner guests or a simple lunch idea. Use any kind of meat, beef, pork, poultry or make them vegetarian with cheese.
Ingredients
8 brussel sprouts, shaved
2 tsp season salt
1 tsp black pepper
6 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, baked
6 slices cooked pork roast
8 tbsps butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp finely chopped chives

Place the shaved brussel sprouts in a large bowl and sprinkle with season salt and black pepper, tossing to coat with the season salt and pepper. Let the shaved brussel sprouts sit for 15 minutes.

Slice the Rhodes Dinner Rolls (they should already be baked) in half and divided the pork slices between the six rolls. Top each with the shredded brussels sprouts and shredded sharp cheddar cheese if desired.

Top with the top of the roll and place them in an oven proof baking dish.

Combine the butter, minced garlic cloves and chives together. Liberally brush the mixture on top of the rolls and place them in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the rolls are toasted.

Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite chips, enjoy!
