Pork Dip Sandwiches
If you love French Dip sandwiches you’re going to have to try my pork dip sandwiches. Delicious sliced pork on a submarine sandwich roll dipped in onion infused au jus.
Ingredients
1 pork roast (5 pounds)
1 onion, sliced
3 cups ajus
4-6 submarine sandwich loaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the pork roast with your favorite seasoning and roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 145 degree’s. Remove from the oven and let the roast rest for 10 minutes.

Thinly slice the pork roast for the dip sandwiches.

To prepare the au jus heat a sauce pan on the stove and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Add the onions and caramelize for 5 minutes. Add the beef stock and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Build the sandwich by adding sliced pork and some of the caramelized onions on the sandwich.

Serve the pork dip sandwiches with the au jus on the side.
