Pimiento Cheese Sliders
These sliders are perfect for dinner, party or just a delicious snack. Topped with a delicious homemade pimiento cheese spread makes these sliders amazing!
Ingredients
2 pounds ground hamburger
1 tbsp steak seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar pimientos, drained and finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp hot sauce
Homemade Rhodes Texas Rolls
1/3 cup melted butter
1-2 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions

Mix the hamburger and steak seasoning together and flatten into a large rectangle. I use a couple of small baking sheets to press it in to.

Bake the hamburger in a 350 degree oven until it’s fully cooked.

Cut the cooked hamburger into equal rectangles small enough to fit on the Rhodes Texas Rolls.

To make the pimiento cheese spread, in a large bowl mix the mayonnaise, shredded cheese, finely chopped pimientos, garlic powder and hot sauce. Mix everything together until well combined.

Place the slice of the hamburger on the rolls followed by a dollop of the pimiento cheese mixture and top with the other half of the bun.

Place the prepared sliders in a baking dish, brush with butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Serve.
