Pesto Pasta with Grilled Summer Vegetables
Fresh summer vegetables grilled and served with pesto pasta is the perfect celebration of summer.
Ingredients
1 pkg bowtie pasta
1 cup prepared pesto
Various summer vegetables, your choice
Seasoning of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and transfer to a large bowl.

Add the prepared pesto to the pasta and fold together to combine.

Slice the vegetables however you choose. Add them to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning tossing everything together to coat.

Heat your grill up and grill the vegetables for about 2 minutes on each side.

Serve the pesto pasta with the freshly grilled vegetables and enjoy.
