Perfect Pizza Dough Recipe for Homemade Delights

Ingredients

1000 grams (7 1/2 cups) bread flour
700 grams (3 cups) water
20 grams (4 teaspoons) salt
5 grams (2 teaspoons) active dry yeast
15 grams (1 tablespoon) olive oil

Instructions

Activate the yeast by mixing it with 100 grams (1/2 cup) of warm water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.

Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast mixture, remaining water, and olive oil.

Mix the ingredients until they form a shaggy dough using a wooden spoon or your hands.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
