Pecan Shortbread Cookies
These melt in your mouth shortbread cookies with pecans are such a treat any time of the day. I really enjoy them with coffee, hot chocolate or a a simple treat during the day.
Ingredients
10 tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

In the bowl of your mixer combine all of the ingredients together until fully combined. Scrape down the bowl as needed to combine everything.

Once combined, roll out on a work surface lightly dusted with powdered sugar and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s and then bake for about 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.

Remove from the oven, cool, serve and enjoy.
