Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

Not all cookies need to be baked! Here’s a recipe that mixes things up (literally) in a sauce pan.  You’re gonna love these peanut butter no-bake cookies as much as I do!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats

Instructions

1
Combine the butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder and peanut butter in a sauce pan on the stove. While stirring heat to blend everything together.
2
To the sauce pan add the vanilla extract and rolled oats, mixing everything together until combined.
3
Let the mixture sit for about 8 minutes to slightly cool.
4
Spoon the peanut butter no-bake cookies (about tbsp size spoonfuls) onto a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
5
Let the no-bake cookies cool and set. Serve and enjoy!
