Peaches and Cream
Peaches and cream is hands down the best summertime dessert ever! This recipe deals with those hard as rock peaches we all buy from the grocery store and makes them delicious!
Ingredients
4-6 peaches
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Peel, remove the pit, and slice into bite size pieces.

To a sauce pan, add the sugar and water and bring it to a boil.

Add the prepared peaches to the simple syrup solution and bring back to a boil. Remove from the stove and let the peaches cool.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the peaches from the simple syrup

Place the sugar mixture on the stove and reduce by half.

Spoon the peaches into a dessert dish and top with heavy whipping cream. Chill for one hour, serve and enjoy!
