Peach Salsa
This delicious salsa goes great with grilled chicken or steak. Not only can you enjoy this salsa with chips, it’s a great accompaniment to grilled meat.
Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro
1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeños
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tomatoes, quartered
1 can peach halves, drained
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp season salt
2 tsp pepper
4 peaches, diced

Add the cilantro, jalapeños, garlic cloves, onion, tomatoes, can of drained peach halves, cumin, season salt and pepper to your food processor with the blade on and pulse together to cut everything together.

Fold the diced peaches into the peach salsa. Taste for salt and pepper and adjust as needed.

Serve the peach salsa with chicken or your favorite dinner and enjoy.
