Pasta Florentine
Cheesy pasta with fall vegetables is a great choice for dinner. Choose your vegetables and greens and get your friends and family around the dinner table.

Ingredients
1 pkg spaghetti (500 g pkg)
1 stick butter butter (8 tbsp)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 bell pepper, roasted, chopped
1/3 cup flour
4 cups milk
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice
2 cups fresh spinach greens or power greens
Instructions

Boil the pasta as directed on the pasta package, drain and set aside.

Melt the butter in the pasta pot and add the minced garlic, chopped zucchini, roasted bell pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Sprinkle with flour and stir to incorporate the flour into the butter.

Pour the milk while stirring the mixture and keep stirring until the mixture come to a boil. Add the cheese and stir until melted.

Add the pasta back into the pot along with the greens. Stir to incorporate all ingredients. Finish of with salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!
