
Pasta Chips
Want to try a fun new option for a side dish? Why not fry up some pasta chips.

Ingredients
1 package rigatoni pasta, cooked
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp southwestern fajitas seasoning
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
For the dip:
1/4 cup tahini sauce
1/3 cup Ranch dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Divide the pasta in half and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning (to taste) and the grated parmesan cheese. Toss to coat everything.

Place the seasoned pasta into the basket of your air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 400 degree’s. Be sure to stir the pasta every 3 minutes to make sure it crisps up evenly.

Remove from the air fryer when crispy, if needed adjust fry times to adjust crispiness.

To make the sauce, combine the tahini sauce, Ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, salt and pepper in a large bowl, mix everything together to combine.

Serve the sauce with the pasta chips.
