Parmesan Chicken Poppers

These easy and delicious parmesan chicken poppers are a great idea for dinner. Pair them with your favorite sides for a complete dinner idea.

Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts, cut into bit size cubes
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 cup flour
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Oil for frying

Instructions

1
Heat about 5 inches of oil in a deep pot to 350 degree’s.
2
Place the cubed pieces of chicken breast in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix everything together so the chicken is seasoned.
3
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
4
Put the flour in a large re-sealable bag. In a separate re-sealable bag add the panko bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
5
Dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and finally the bread crumb mixture.
6
Once the parmesan chicken poppers are coated, fry them in the heated oil until they are golden brown and the internal temperature is at least 165 degree’s.
7
Serve the parmesan chicken poppers with Ranch dressing or your favorite dipper. I like to mash a ripe avocado up, mix it with Ranch dressing for a delicious avocado Ranch dipper.
