Old Fashioned Hot Fudge
Mom would make this hot fudge recipe on special occasions or when we had homemade vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2 cups whipping cream
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla

In a large sauce pan, combine the sugar, flour, and cocoa powder. Whisk the dry ingredients together. If making gluten free, simply omit the flour and add 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch.

Add the cream and butter. Bring the fudge to a boil while stirring constantly. Let boil (while stirring) for about 2 minutes.

Remove from the stove and add the vanilla. Stir to incorporate.

Allow the fudge to cool (or not) and serve over your dessert like ice cream, cake or your favorite fruit. Serve and Enjoy!
