Mushroom Swiss Burger
Burger are a great idea for a backyard BBQ. This mushroom Swiss burger is easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients
6 hamburger patties
4 cups sliced mushrooms
6 slices Swiss cheese
Condiments of you choice
Hamburger buns
Instructions

Salt and pepper the hamburger patties and grill them off. Make sure your hamburgers are fully cooked before serving.

Top each cooked burger with Swiss cheese and set aside.

Sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 5 minutes in a sauté pan.

Build your burger with your favorite condiments (ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions…).

Top each burger with the sautéed mushrooms, serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
