Molcajete Roasted Salsa
This incredible salsa is so flavorful that you will want it all the time. Made using a traditional molcajete mortar and pestle, this party favorite will be a must make all the time.
Ingredients
4-5 roma tomatoes, roasted
1 jalapeño pepper, roasted
1 small onion, roasted
2 garlic cloves, roasted
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
Chips for serving
Instructions

Roast the tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and garlic on a cast iron skillet until charred.

Using a molcajete (mortar and pestle) crush the roasted jalepño, onions and garlic together. Add the tomatoes and crush everything together to combine.

Add the fresh cilantro and mix together. Salt to taste and serve with your favorite chips on the side.
