Mission A-Corn-Plished Burger
A delicious burger that comes with corn salsa was a daily hamburger special on “Bob’s Burgers”. This is my interpretation and of course I will serve it with French Fries.
Ingredients
4-6 hamburger patties, 1/4 pound patties
4-6 slices cheese
2 cups frozen corn
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup diced red onion
2 tbsp minced sweet pickled jalapeños
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Condiments of Choice: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup…
Instructions

Fully cook the hamburgers. Undercooked hamburgers can be harmful to your health.

To make the corn salsa: In a medium size bowl, add the corn, diced bell pepper, red onion, minced sweet pickled jalapeño’s, minced garlic and the olive oil. Fold everything together to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.

To assemble the hamburger: Place the burger on the hamburger bun with your favorite condiments. Spoon some of the corn salsa over the burger and serve with french fries. Enjoy!
