Mini Potato Mashers
These delicious mini potato mashers are the bomb with dinner. A favorite way to serve up a delicious side dish to brighten those evening dinners!
Ingredients
2 pounds mini potatoes
1 tbsp steak seasoning
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degree’s.

Boil the mini potatoes until they are fork tender.

Strain the potatoes and place them on a flat work surface.

Using the bake of are large flat spatula, smash the mini potatoes into “pancakes” about 1/2 inch thick (more or less).

Place the smashed mini potato “pancakes” on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the olive oil and sprinkle them with the steak seasoning. I like to rotate the potatoes so both sides are coated with the olive oil and seasoning.

Place them in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the crisp up. Serve with your favorite dinner and enjoy!
