Meatloaf Sliders
Here’s an “all inclusive” meatloaf slider idea for your next party. Put everything together into the meatloaf so your guests don’t have to build a messy hamburger/slider.
Ingredients
3 pounds ground hamburger
3 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs (I like Italian seasoned)
1/4 cup ranch dressing mix
1 tbsp creamy horseradish
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dijon mustards
12 rolls ( I used Rhodes Texas rolls)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, ranch dressing mix, creamy horseradish, shredded cheddar cheese, minced onion, ketchup and dijon mustard. Mix everything together to combine.
2
On a large baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, press the prepared hamburger onto the baking sheet keeping it about 1/2 inch thick. Square off the hamburger patty.
3
Mix the ketchup and dijon mustard together and spread over the top of the hamburger.
4
Bake the hamburger in a 350 degree oven until it is fully cooked.
5
Remove the hamburger from the oven and cut it into 3 inch squares.
6
Serve with freshly baked Rhode Texas rolls and a perfect treat!
