Meatloaf Hamburgers with Hand Cut Fries
Oh my deliciousness…is what you will say after you eat these amazing hamburgers! I fry up some hand cut fries to go with these for the perfect dinner!
Ingredients
4 russet potatoes, peeled
2 pounds ground hamburger
1-2 tbsp steak seasoning
2 eggs
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 cup finely chopped cooked bacon
1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Peel and cut the potatoes into french fries. The fries will have three frying.

Heat oil to 375 degree’s. The first frying will be about 4 minutes, remove from fryer and let them sit for 10 minutes. Second frying will be 4-5 minutes as well, remove from fryer and let them sit for another 10 minutes. The third frying will be another 4-5 minutes or until fries are golden and crisp. Remove from the fryer, season as desired and serve with the meatloaf hamburgers.

To make the meatloaf burgers, add the hamburger to a large bowl along with the steak seasoning, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, finely chopped cooked bacon and the Italian style bread crumbs mixing everything together to combine.

Shape into hamburger patties and grill until they are fully cooked through. Serve with your favorite hamburger condiments and french fries on the side.
