Loaded quesadillas with fresh chips and salsa

Loaded Quesadillas with Fresh Chips and Salsa

Loaded quesadillas, fresh chips and salsa are not only delicious, they are easy to make and everyone loves them! Here’s the recipe link to my fresh chips and salsa.

Ingredients

1 pound hamburger
1 tbsp fajita seasoning
2 tsp cumin
2 cups re-fried beans
2 cups shredded cheese
Flour Tortillas
Fresh Corn Chips
Fresh Salsa
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1
Brown the hamburger and add the fajita seasoning and cumin. Mix together to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste along with the re-fried beans and mix together.
2
Add the shredded cheese to the hamburger mixture and mix to combine.
3
Heat a large fry pan on the stove.
4
Place a large flour tortilla (can use corn tortilla if your prefer) and spoon enough hamburger mixture to coat the tortilla. Place one more tortilla on top to create a “sandwich”.
5
Liberally spray the frying pan with vegetable oil and place the tortilla into the fry pan. Fry each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. I like to serve my loaded quesadillas with some fresh chips and salsa.
