Super Burgers
By adding your favorite flavors directly to the ground hamburger, you can create a “super-burger”. I like using sour cream/onion chips (or use your favorite chips), relish, cheese and onions when creating my perfect burger!
Ingredients
2 pounds lean hamburger
2 cups crushed bbq flavored chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup dill relish
Hamburger Buns
Condiments
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the lean hamburger, crushed bbq flavored chips, shredded cheddar cheese, minced onion and dill relish. Mix everything together until well combine. Here's a little secret, add a tsp of baking soda to your hamburger for extra juicy burgers!

Form 6-8 patties (depending the size) and grill them off for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.

Serve with your favorite condiments (tomato, lettuce, ketchup, mustard…). Serve and enjoy!
