Ingredients

1 large spinach tortilla wrap
1 large beet tortilla wrap
1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup hummus (for the Jekyll side, use garlic hummus; for the Hyde side, use spicy chipotle hummus)
1/4 cup roasted chicken breast, shredded
1/4 cup pickled red onions
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1
Lay out the tortillas: On one side, use the spinach tortilla to represent the calm and composed Jekyll. On the other side, use the beet tortilla to represent the bold, spicy Hyde.
2
Spread hummus: On the spinach tortilla, spread the garlic hummus for a smooth, savory base. On the beet tortilla, spread the chipotle hummus for a fiery, intense flavor.
3
Layer the ingredients: For Jekyll (spinach wrap): Layer spinach leaves, yellow bell peppers, roasted chicken, and feta cheese. For Hyde (beet wrap): Add shredded red cabbage, red bell peppers, pickled onions, and avocado slices.
4
Finish with flair: Drizzle the balsamic glaze over both wraps and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
5
Wrap it up: Carefully roll each tortilla into a wrap, then slice diagonally to reveal the vibrant, contrasting layers of ingredients inside.
6
Serve: Arrange the wrap slices on a plate, side by side, showcasing the dual personalities of Jekyll & Hyde.
