Ingredients

4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
1/2-1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Toss to coat evenly and pour into the prepared baking dish.
