Homemade Teriyaki Glaze
Teriyaki glaze is delicious with chicken, beef or vegetables and can easily be made at home. This recipe keeps refrigerated for 2 weeks and can be used with your favorite lunch, dinner or grilling party.
Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup mirin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup freshly chopped chives
1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic

Combine all ingredients into a large sauce and stir to combine.

Bring to a boil while stirring and reduce heat to a simmer. Continue stirring while simmering for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat, cool and use as needed. Enjoy!
