Homemade Taco Seasoning Recipe
Forget store-bought packets! Make your own flavorful taco seasoning at home with simple spices you likely already have in your pantry. This blend is perfect for tacos, taco pasta, and any dish that needs a spicy kick. This seasoning blend is perfect in my taco pasta recipe.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well until all spices are evenly distributed.

Transfer the taco seasoning to an airtight container or spice jar. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
