Homemade Stuffing

Ingredients
8 cups dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp dried rosemary leaves
1 ½ cups water
4 tbsp butter

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, sage, thyme, parsley, celery seeds, celery salt, and chicken bouillon powder. Do not add the rosemary leaves yet.

Prepare Liquid: In a small pot, combine the water, butter, and dried rosemary leaves. Heat the mixture until the butter is fully melted and the liquid comes to a gentle boil.

Combine: Pour the hot liquid evenly over the seasoned bread crumbs. Gently fold the mixture to distribute the moisture and herbs throughout the bread crumbs. Adjust the water as needed for your desired consistency.

Season to Taste: Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
