Homemade Meatloaf

Homemade Meatloaf

This wonderful dinner is a slice of heaven on a plate. Easy to make, homemade meatloaf should be on everyones dinner menu.

Ingredients

2 pounds cut up beef roast
1 cup fried French Onions
6-8 button mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp steak seasoning
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

In the bowl of your food processor with the blade attachment, add the cut up beef roast, fried French onions, button mushrooms, small chopped onion, garlic cloves, eggs, breadcrumbs Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Pulse until the beef is chopped into hamburger and the mixture is completely combined. If needed, do this in batches and finish mixing together in a large bowl.

Spray a loaf pan pan with vegetable spray and form the prepared meatloaf into the loaf pan.

Drizzle the ketchup and mustard over the top and spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf. If desired, you can mix the ketchup and mustard together and then spread it on top of the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf until the internal temperature reaches 165 degree’s (about 1 hour). If needed loosely tend the meatloaf with aluminum foil about halfway through the baking process to prevent the top from burning.

Remove from the oven once cooked, let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy.
