Heavenly Creamy Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup arborio rice
4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy cream
Optional toppings: ground cinnamon, raisins, chopped nuts

Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the arborio rice, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer the rice pudding, stirring frequently, for about 30-40 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened.

Stir in the heavy cream and continue to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
