Hawaiian Pizza with Teriyaki Chicken

Hawaiian Pizza with Teriyaki Chicken

This delicious pizza hits the spot every time! I love grilled pineapple on pizza (yes, I’m one of those) and I hope you love them too.

Ingredients

For the dough: 4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp yeast
For the Toppings: 4-5 chicken thighs, fully cooked
1 cups prepared teriyaki sauce
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 small yellow onion, sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
10-12 grilled pineapple slices
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups prepared pizza sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

To make the dough, add all of the dough to your bread maker and mix everything together until combined and knead for 10 minutes.

Let the dough double in size and than divide it into 2 equal portions.

Shred the chicken and mix it with the prepared teriyaki sauce, set aside.

Roll the dough into a 14 inch round and build your pizza starting with the pizza.

Divide the pizza toppings between the 2 pizzas and bake in a 500 degree oven. If using a pizza stone, preheat the pizza stone with the oven.

Cook the pizzas until they are golden brown, remove from the oven, cut and serve!
