Grilled Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
These Grilled Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Skewers bring the taste of summer straight to your backyard! Juicy chunks of chicken thigh are marinated in a homemade teriyaki glaze made with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a splash of honey. They’re then skewered with fresh pineapple, red onion, and bell pepper, then grilled to perfection with just the right amount of char. The pineapple caramelizes beautifully on the grill, complementing the savory-sweet glaze. This dish is family-friendly, easy to prep ahead, and ideal for outdoor entertaining. Serve it over steamed rice or with a crunchy Asian slaw for a complete meal.
