Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

3 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into chunks

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ cup chopped fresh basil

4 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
