
Grilled Honey-Lime Shrimp Skewers
A fresh and flavorful grilled dish featuring marinated shrimp skewers with a zesty honey-lime glaze—perfect for a weekend cookout.

Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 red onion, cut into chunks
8 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare marinade - In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate shrimp - Toss shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
