Ingredients

20 corn tortillas
1 lb grilled chicken breast, cooked and sliced
5 tomatoes, chopped
5 tomatillos, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 onion, chopped
1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 lb queso fresco, crumbled
Chipotle sauce to taste

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, tomatillos, cilantro, serrano pepper, minced garlic, and chopped onion. Stir well to combine and set aside. If wanted, grill the salsa ingredient for a rustic flavor before combining.

Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and slightly charred. Let it cool slightly, then slice into thin strips.

Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Place a few slices of grilled chicken on each tortilla. Add a generous spoonful of the fresh salsa. Top with chopped lettuce, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of queso fresco. Drizzle with chipotle sauce to taste.
