Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap with Homemade Caesar Dressing

This Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap takes the beloved Caesar salad to the next level, combining juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and a homemade Caesar dressing, all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch, this wrap delivers a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

For the Wrap: 2 large flour tortillas
2 grilled chicken breasts or 4 boneless chicken thighs, sliced
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup croutons, crushed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
For the Caesar Dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise**
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

For the Caesar Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Adjust with salt/pepper and additional lemon juice if needed. Set aside.

For the Wrap: Season the grilled chicken breasts with black pepper and garlic powder, then slice them into thin strips.

Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Spread 2 tablespoons of the homemade Caesar dressing on each tortilla.

Evenly distribute the chopped romaine lettuce, grilled chicken slices, and grated Parmesan cheese over the tortillas.
