Glazed Easter Ham

Ingredients
1 spiral cut ham (10-11 lbs)
1 tbsp Chinese Five Spice
1 tbsp ground mustard
2 tsp garlic pepper
2 tsp season salt
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions

Remove the packaging from the ham and make sure to remove the plastic disc cover the bone.

Place the ham cut side down in a pan youβve lightly sprayed with vegetable spray.

In a small bowl mix the Chinese Five spice, ground mustard, garlic pepper and season salt together. Spread the spice mix all over the ham and lightly rub it into the ham.

Bake the ham in a 325 degree oven for about 90 minutes until it reaches about 135 degreeβs internally, remove from the oven.

In a small sauce pan, heat the mustard and honey. Brush it onto the ham and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.

If you choose to the glaze the ham with the glaze packet that comes with the ham, follow the instructions provided on the package and glaze when the ham is about 130-135 degrees internally.

Remove from the oven and let the ham rest for about 10 minutes and serve it with your favorite sides.
