Ingredients
8 boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp honey
6 cups prepared rice
Chopped green onions (garnish)
Toasted sesame seeds (garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large frypan and add enough cooking oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Lightly season the boneless chicken thighs and dredge in the cornstarch.

Pan sear the chicken thighs on both sides until fully cooked.

Remove the chicken from pan and set aside.

In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, freshly grated ginger and the honey together until combine.

Add the soy sauce mixture to the fry pan and simmer for about 30 seconds. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and simmer for another minute, turning the chicken thighs to coat them in the glaze.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable on the side.
