Garlic Butter Chicken Skillet with Potatoes

Heres a delicious and garlic infused skillet dish with chicken and potatoes. You’re gonna love how easy this is to put together and your family will love how delicious it is!

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/4 cups soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sriracha
1.5 pounds small yellow potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Instructions

Place the chicken breast strips into a large bowl and add the soy sauce, olive oil and sriracha. Mix everything together to coat the chicken. Let marinade for 30 minutes, covered and in the refrigerator.

Heat a large skillet on the stove and add 2 tbsp olive oil and the 4 tbsp of butter along with the minced garlic, thyme, oregano, rosemary and crushed red pepper flakes. Saute the herbs for about 30 seconds.

Add the marinaded chicken strips and the quartered potatoes to the pan and turn to coat with the seasonings, salt and pepper to taste.

Fully cook the chicken and the potatoes, turning as needed. Once the chicken is fully cooked (165 degreeā€™s internally) and the potatoes are tender, remove them from the pan and serve with your favorite vegetables, enjoy!
