Garlic Beef and Green Bean Stir-Fry

Garlic Beef and Green Bean Stir Fry

This delicious garlic beef and green bean stir fry is really easy to put together for dinner. Not only is it easy, it’s full of fresh ingredients you’re going to love!

Ingredients

2 tbsp cornstarch
2 egg whites
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 rump roast cut into thin slices, 2 lb roast
1 pound green beans, snipped and washed
1 tbsp freshly chopped ginger
1 leek, cleaned and chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp corn starch
6 cups Cooked rice
Vegetable oil

Instructions

Add the cornstarch, egg whites, soy sauce, minced garlic and thin slices of beef into a large bowl. Mix everything together to combine and coat the beef. Let it sit for 30 minutes covered in the refrigerator.

In a small bowl, whisk the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and corn starch together until combined.

Heat a large pan on the stove adding enough cooking oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

Add the beef to the pan and sauté for a couple of minutes or until it is cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the chopped ginger and the green beans to the pan and sauté for a good five minutes to make sure the beans are cooked through.

Add the beef back to the pan mixing the beef and the beans together. Add the sauce mixture into the pan and mix everything together to combine. Be sure the sauce boils to activate the starches.

Serve garlic beef and green bean stir fry with cooked rice and enjoy!
