Fruit Crisp

Fruit Crisps

My neighbor gave me his delicious fruit crisp recipe and so I had to share it with all of you (with his permission of course).

Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds of fruit
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 stick cold butter

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Peel the fruit if desired and slice into slices.

Place the fruit into miniature pie tins (accommodates 6)

Add the flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and cold butter (cut into pieces) into your food processor with the blade attachment in place.

Pulse the mixture together until it resembles coarse meal.

Place the prepared fruit into the pin tins and dived the crumble topping between them all.

Place the prepared fruit crisps on a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the fruit has cook down and boiling and the topping is golden brown.

Remove from the oven, cool slightly and serve with ice cream of choice or whipped cream. Enjoy!
