Instructions
1
Slice the green tomatoes into about 1/4 inch slices (more or less) and place them on a paper towel lined baking sheet. Lightly salt the green tomato slices and let them sit for about 20 minutes. This will help to draw out excess water.

In three separate dishes, add the flour, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk together and then the bread crumbs and cornmeal together in the third dish for dredging.
3
After about 20 minutes, use a paper towel to drain off any excess water.

5
Fry the prepared green tomatoes in a deep fryer or in about 1 inch of oil that has been heated to 375 degree’s. Fry until they are golden brown. Remove from the fryer and allow them to drain on a paper towel lined plate before serving.
6
To assemble the remoulade sauce: In a large bowl mix add the mayonnaise, chopped green onions, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, onion and garlic powders, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire and sriracha sauce. Salt and pepper to taste as desired.
