Brighten up your dishes with this vibrant and fresh pomegranate salsa. Packed with fresh flavors, this salsa is perfect as a dip or topping.

Fresh Pomegranate Salsa

This Fresh Pomegranate Salsa is a fun, unique twist on classic salsa. Bursting with juicy pomegranate seeds, jalapeño heat, and cilantro, this salsa is a perfect blend of flavors. It’s excellent with tortilla chips, on tacos, or as a topping for grilled meats and soups.

Ingredients

1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1
In a mixing bowl, combine pomegranate seeds, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and jalapeño. I like to use dice up pickled jalapeños because I always have them in my fridge.
2
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
3
Season with salt and pepper to taste. For a smokey flavor, add a tsp of cumin.
4
Serve immediately with chips or use as a topping for tacos, grilled chicken, or fish.
