
French Fries with Dipping Sauce
French fries and a favorite side dish for just about anyone. Use any air fryer can help reduce calories and makes clean up an snap. Enjoy you fries with my famous dipping sauce!

Ingredients
4-5 medium size russet potatoes
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp dill relish
2 tsp bbq sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
Instructions

Wash off the potatoes and pat dry. Square off the potato and slice lengthwise into a quarter inch slice and than slice again into quarter inch fries. This is a julienne slice.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the slice potatoes for 3 minutes to the pot. Remove fries from the pot of boiling water and pat dry.

Place them in your air fryer and drizzle with oil. Air fry the french until golden brown.

While the fries are cooking, make the dipping sauce by combing (in a medium size bowl) the ranch dressing, sriracha, ketchup, mayonnaise, dill relish, bbq sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together to combine.

Serve the dipping sauce with your freshly made french fries and enjoy!
