Four Cheese Pasta
Delicious and easy to make four cheese pasta is perfect for dinner. Use any cheese you like along with your favorite pasta to create this yummy delight.
Ingredients
1 pkg pasta (18 oz approx)
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Freshly chopped chives and parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and set aside.

Heat a large fry pan on the stove and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Sprinkle the flour over butter mixture and stir to incorporate.

Whisk in the milk and cream along with the Italian seasoning. Simmer for a couple of minutes while stirring.

Stir in the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan and monterey jack cheese. continue stirring until cheese is incorporated and melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

To the cheese sauce, add the pasta and stir to combine.

Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped chives and parsley on top.
