Espagueti Roja (Mexican Spaghetti)

Espagueti Roja (Mexican Spaghetti)

This has to be one of the tastiest and easy recipes in the world to make. Blend your favorite salsa with heavy cream and mix your cooked pasta into the sauce with cheese and you’ve made a delicious dinner!

Ingredients

1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
2 cups prepared salsa
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded mexican style cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain rinse and set aside.

In your blender, blend the prepared salsa and heavy cream together until well blended.

Heat a sauté pan on the stove and pour in the blended salsa mixture and bring to a simmer while stirring.

Add the cheese to the salsa mixture and stir to melt. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and carefully combine until fully incorporated.

Serve the pasta with a sprinkling of cheese on top and enjoy!
